Easy Curves

{February 2, 2010}   What’s My Secret?

I was at a school function for my kid’s class recently and another woman asked me what my secret was.  I looked at her like she was crazy, and then she explained. “I know you nursed your kids,” she began, “And yet your look amazing.  What is your secret to keeping your body together after babies?”

She had just had a baby, and I could see that she was a bit frazzled and a lot tired.  So, I told her the truth.  ”Sweetheart,” I began, “Give yourself five minutes a day and you won’t believe the difference it makes!”  And then I told her about Easy Curves and how it works.  She couldn’t believe that my secret to looking great was that simple – but I promised her that it really was just about Easy Curves.

I guess we’ll see at the next parent meeting if she listened!

{January 26, 2010}   Winter Breasts Important, Too

It’s the dead of winter and its easy to let yourself go. We bundle up in heavy sweaters and coats, and no one can really see what we look like inside, so its only natural that whatever exercise regime a person was on kind of gets lost in the warm wool sweaters and heavy overcoats. But this is a mistake. Last week my husband and I took a 4 day weekend holiday to a beach resort which is only a two hour flight away from where I live. I can tell you I was glad not only for my Easy Curves but also that I maintained my 5 minutes a day, no matter how cold the wind blew around my house. I fit into my bathing suit like you wouldn’t believe. I felt really great, and my husband told me I also looked great. And he didn’t mind that the other people there, men and women, couldn’t help staring, just a little. I actually think some men like their women to be looked at, I know my hubby does. Do I need to add that we had a great weekend, and I think we will go again before the winter is over. And I will keep up with my 5 minutes a day, firming, lifting and strengthening my breasts and getting the hot look that I like. (And my husband likes, too.)

{January 12, 2010}   Confessions of a Nursing Mom

I have a confession to make.  I miss my breasts.  No, they aren’t gone. They are just different.  After nursing two babies, my breasts simply don’t have the same firmness and form that they used to have.  So, I realized recently that I could either complain and pine away for my old breasts – or I could get into action.  I was so excited to see that there is an easy and simple way to work on my breasts every day with Easy Curves!  It only takes five minutes a day, and I’m already seeing myself standing taller and feeling better about myself.

Let’s face it.  We can all wear push up bras and look good with our clothes on…but I want to look good with my clothes off as well.  And Easy Curves seems to be helping me to do just that.  I’ll keep you posted as I continue my exercises.  This saggy mom is looking better each day!

{January 5, 2010}   Exercises for Busts?

I was with a friend recently and was telling her about Easy Curves when she said to me, “You’ve got to be kidding me! I have to exercise my breasts too?  I though it was enough that I’m tortured with exercising my heart, my lungs, my legs, etc. etc.”  I had to laugh.  I certainly hear what she is saying, but I tried to explain that this would only take 5 minutes a day – and that it would be well worth the results (wink, wink).

When she stopped giggling and sighing, she actually did start listening.  This isn’t exercise like we do for the rest of our bodies.  It doesn’t make us break out in a sweat and huff and puff.  With the gentle, rather easy exercises I have actually seen an amazing change in how much firmer, stronger and fuller my breasts are.  And I don’t know about you, but I’m willing to give five minutes a day for hot breasts!  I think I convinced my friend as well.

{November 3, 2009}   Easy Curves Also Shapes

Easy Curves fights against sagging breasts
Most women are not only concerned with the size of their breasts, but the shape is just as important. No one wants gigantic breasts that are sagging down towards her waist, like the “continental soldier who can throw them over his shoulder!” Rest assured that Easy Curves not only enlarges, but strengthens and shapes so you have the curves, firmness, and health that you dream of.

How does resistance training reduce sagging? Simple. Breast sagging is caused by the breakdown in the tissues that hold up the breasts, through lack of use and the pull of gravity. Simply exercising these tissues counteracts the breakdown, and your muscles retain, or even add healthy tissue and can once again support the weight of the breasts.

{October 15, 2009}   How Resistance Training Works

Easy Curves BreastEasy Curves is a deceptively simple device designed to strengthen your breast muscles by causing you to strain against a force so the muscles get a workout. As you use your muscles more, they actually enlarge. Just look at professional body builders. They spend so much time doing resistance training that you can see each individual muscle bursting through their skin. By using Easy Curves you can get a more moderate form of that same effect, and see your breasts enlarge and obtain a desirable shape.

{September 15, 2009}   Easy Curves Exercise a Way of Life

When we are young it is only natural to get a lot of exercise. There are so many places to go and so much to do. But sometimes as we get older, we find it harder to naturally get the exercise that we need so badly. Not only to look good, but to stay healthy and strong. As we age it gets easier to gain weight and harder to lose it again. For these reasons I try very hard to eat healthy foods, less treats that I know are not nutritious, and I try and exercise more. That is why I love Easy Curves so much. Since it is so easy to use, and a relatively small time investment is needed to get the maximum effect, I can fit Easy Curves into my exercise schedule seamlessly.

It is really amazing to me what a wonderful organ the breast is. I was also blown away by the fact that for more than 160 years the model we had of the breast was wrong. One of the things I love about Easy Curves is how I can make my breasts truly beautiful in just five minutes each day. Since my breasts are so important to me, I want them to look their best. And when they look their best I know I will also look my best, and that’s a good feeling.

{July 15, 2009}   What’s In A Breast?

In my last post I mentioned that a modern researcher named Ramsey has challenged the long standing observations of Cooper about breast structure and anatomy.

Some of the differences observed by Ramsey include:
1.    The milk ducts branch quite close to the nipple.

2.    There is no such thing as “lactiferous sinuses.” These “sinuses” which Cooper observed were produced by his method of inserting wax into the ducts to observe the breast better.

3.    There is glandular tissue present close to the nipple.

4.    There is minimal subcutaneous fat at the base of the nipple.

Have you ever wondered what the breast is like inside? Well I did some research and this is what I found out.

Most of the information we have about the breast is based on research done by a man named Cooper back in 1840. He made wax casts from breasts of cadavers as well as dissections to investigate the structure of the breast. Unfortunately his methods interfered with the structure he was studying, and introduced “artifacts” or artificial observations which are not present in the natural state of the breast.

Nevertheless, Cooper’s observations have been taught as correct throughout these past 160 years and more. Cooper’s results were never challenged or confirmed, even until the year 2005. Recently a researcher named Ramsey discovered many inconsistencies with Cooper’s observations and his own. Ramsey used ultrasound in his research, which does not alter the breast anatomy and gives a more accurate description of the breast.
